Reporting to the Director of Student Success, you will ensure the long-term planning, development, and implementation of robust frameworks for UC's Kaitoko | Student Advisory Services, lead student-facing components of Kia Angitu | the Student Success Programme, and oversee the delivery of the Enrichment programme content in alignment with the university's and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic's strategic priorities. The Assistant Programme Director is the crucial link in leading pan-university change, connecting delivery with faculty and specific service unit expectations of student success initiatives.Mou | Who You AreTo be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in an education or tertiary environment, including a proven track record in enhancing student engagement, support services, and outcomes.
