As the think-tank of A*STAR, PPD coordinates A*STAR's strategic planning and implementation to achieve A*STAR's mission.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and work closely with multiple stakeholders to strategically shape the formulation of policies and frameworks.Coral cross-divisional teams to achieve specific outcomes/goals.Develop a deep understanding of the local R&D ecosystem and policies.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field.Strong strategic and analytical thinking, project management and negotiation skills.Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented.Able to deliver results under tight timelines.High learning agility and adaptability.The ideal candidate will have relevant working experience in the public sector and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
