The opportunity:
As our Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business objectives. You'll dive into the details of digital platforms, analyse performance metrics, and uncover valuable insights to drive growth. Working closely with our Marketing and Brand teams, you'll collaborate to optimise our digital channels, drive impactful campaigns, and enhance the customer experience while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting and/or leading development of integrated marketing campaigns across the website and paid media channels including SEM & display
Using digital tools to aid in reporting, performance analysis and optimisations
Supporting content management on website
Supporting go-to-market of new products and product enhancements online and across key collateral
Working in conjunction with media agencies to ensure media performance, efficiencies, and optimisations
Supporting on-going reporting of performance for wider business
Championing a customer first mindset to identify opportunities to customer experience and business outcomes.
To thrive in this role ideally, you'll bring:
A growth mindset, a passion for collaboration, and an eagerness to learn
Curiosity and proficiency in leveraging data, particularly with tools like Excel, which will be instrumental in understanding performance and making informed decisions
Previous experience of supporting and delivering successful integrated brand marketing initiatives – this isn't your first role, but could be your second
A customer-first mindset, you champion exceptional customer experiences while achieving outstanding business outcomes, balancing creative and commercial thinking
The ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally to ensure alignment and engagement
A natural ability to spot even the tiniest inconsistencies, guaranteeing flawlessness in every digital touchpoint
It's a big plus if you're already familiar with digital tools such as GA4, GA, GTM, SEMrush, hotjar, SEO clarity & adobe analytics, and/or have experience with HTML code.
