We're looking for a Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our Woolworths The Palms team. We're proud of the diversity of our team and the roles they play in running our store - this role is great for anyone who enjoys delighting customers and leading a team.
In this role we are looking for our next leader to have:
Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
A customer and team first approach
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you would be responsible for:
Organising the day-to-day running of the checkout department including rostering
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring we maintain their loyalty
Adhering to and enforcing legislation around the sale of age-restricted goods
Training and developing team members within the Customer Service Department
Championing health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for our customers, staff, and contractors
The hours and days for this position are:
Tuesday to Saturday 0900-1800
Training and on-going career development, 5-10% team Grocery discount card, discounted online shopping delivery, and discounted health insurance are also provided.
