Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
A customer and team first approach
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you would be expected to:
Organise the day-to-day running of the checkout department including rostering
Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring we maintain their loyalty
Adhere to and enforce legislation around the sale of age-restricted goods
Train and develop team members within the Customer Service Department
Champion health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for our customers, staff, and contractors
The hours and days for this Assistant Customer Service Manager position are:
Sunday to Thursday 1000-1930
