Your Mission:
Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
Lead enrolments and community engagement
Guide our teaching team in programme planning
Ensure excellence in education and care
Your Superpowers:
ECE qualification recognized by the Teaching Council of Aotearoa NZ
Current Teaching Council Practising Certificate
Experience in ECE leadership and team development
Passion for Te Whariki and culturally responsive practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A nurturing spirit and a drive to make a difference
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and evaluate Te Whariki-aligned curriculum
Create inclusive, culturally responsive learning opportunities
Manage children's learning documentation and e-portfolios
Provide leadership in creating an engaging learning environment
Assist with staffing, marketing, and recruitment as needed
