(Seeking 2 reliable and responsible Caretakers) - Two Positions availableCaretaker 1: Weekly Hours: Saturday 7.30am-3pm & Sunday 8am-1pm Salary: £8,125 per annum Caretaker 2: Weekly Hours: Saturday 7.30am-3pm Salary: £4,875 per annum Stanmore and Canons Park United Synagogue is one of the largest Synagogues in the UK.
Main duties will include: To ensure the Synagogue is unlocked/locked and prepared for services.To clean and prepare the Synagogue premises, rooms, and facilities for all functions, events, and activities, social, council, or other type of meetings.To be able to move furniture and heavy provisions throughout the day/evening.To be on hand for functions booked by external sources.To have a well-developed sense of responsibility and possess good organizational and effective customer care skills, be self-motivated and adaptable.To be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, manage their own workload, and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines and objectives.Closing date: – Friday 31st January 2025 The United Synagogue is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
