You will oversee senior year pathways, MAP processes, homeroom and year group performance, and staff management.
Your leadership will foster a positive campus culture and promote academic excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead initiatives aligned with OneSchool Global's ethos, values, and goals.Coordinate NCEA programs and support learners.Oversee student academic and pastoral care through data-driven interventions.Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.Maintain a visible leadership presence and address student behaviour matters.Contribute to professional learning, staff inductions, and strategic planning.What We're Looking For:Essential:Current registration with the Teachers Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.Leadership experience (e.g., Head of Department or Year).Knowledge of NCEA and modern learning environments.Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Desirable:Experience with self-directed learning models and regulatory compliance.Preference will be given for candidates with a background in Mathematics, Commerce, or Social Science.Why Join OneSchool Global Rangiora?
