Join us and embark on a journey where no two days are alike!Our Star Group sites at Wellington Airport are seeking their next Assistant Business Leader; a natural born leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you.This is a fast-paced gig with plenty of responsibility, so ideally, you'll need a current Duty Manager's License and past experience in a similar role to hit the ground running.With a fine attention to detail and admirable ability to maintain consistently quality service, your main role will be stock and cost management and assisting in a range of key business functions such as training of other team members, budgeting, assisting with menu development, and supporting the Business Leader with administrative responsibilities (among other tasks).If you're motivated and full of energy, we're committed to investing in you and taking you on to bigger and better things across the group when you're ready.
