This role sits within the Beverage team reporting into the Senior Brand Manager; Dairy and Cereals, with the opportunity to work on iconic kiwi brands such as MILO!The focus of this role is to assist with the development of a 3-year brand strategy whilst monitoring the portfolio's expenditure program.You will manage the development, field communication, and execution of channel-specific promotional activations and point of purchase solutions that engage the shopper for the assigned portfolio.A day in the Life…Implementation of agreed plans as per brand essence, vision, and manifesto within approved budgets.Support implementation of Innovation & Renovation Plan.Work with Brand & Category Managers to define and publish a clear vision of what in-store excellence looks like.Develop and execute the POP Commercial Activity Plan, ensuring this is targeted and appropriate for the NZ Shopper.With the support of the Senior Brand Manager, manage the design, promotions, point of sale, and Nestlé approved material.Enable the creation, sourcing, efficient storage, and distribution of key premiums, point of purchase, and printed material.In conjunction with Category managers and the Marketing team, develop the sales tools required for delivering the commercial plan e.g. trade presenters, trade samples, presentation kits.Incorporate Trade standards for Best in Class field execution working with the Range and Sales Ops to get the necessary planograms required.Manage all administration, purchase orders, and audit requirements ensuring compliance to all company policies and principles.Be a key driver behind the MILO Fantails partnership with NZ Football.What will make you successful:You will be degree qualified (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and ideally have had exposure within FMCG Sales and/or Marketing with at least 2 years work experience.Experience working in cross-functional teams desired.Excellent communication and strong project management skills are essential, and a level of digital experience will be highly regarded.Ultimately, it will be your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that will see you succeed in the role.Full New Zealand working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.In addition, we offer:Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.Varied career experiences and personalised development support.Access to 5 additional days of leave to support your health and wellbeing.Wellbeing benefits including vaccinations and health insurance discounts.Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and program.Paid parental leave.Purchase Leave Scheme.Volunteering leave, Sports leave, Emergency Services leave.Discounted gym memberships.Our StoryAt Nestlé, we want to help shape a better and healthier world, inspire people to live healthier lives and deliver impact at a scale and pace that makes a difference.
