To meet the growing needs of the business an immediate vacancy exists in our busy warehouse complex situated in Rosedale, Auckland.
Job Description About the role The role of the Assistant Brand Manager is to manage and maintain their portfolio of brands with priority on ensuring strong performing range, stock performance, and financial performance.
Some of the responsibilities include: Manage and implement POS strategies Develop deals/promotions to align with CoOp spend Take ownership and optimise P&L for brands within your portfolio Develop and implement marketing strategies for brands in portfolio within marketing spend allocated Work with global/AU teams to develop targeted innovation for the NZ market Manage the brands marketing and social media campaigns, where applicable Work with Trade Marketing/Sales to deliver the optimal 4P strategies through our key customers Analysis tracking of scan sales (Aztec Reports) Input into the monthly S&OP process for relevant Brands Proactively manage Brand product portfolios based on key turnover and profitability measures Support sales team with information/requests for portfolio Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures Desired Skills And Experience About you 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar Experience and understanding FMCG and OTC products Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analyzing data and market segments High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisation and project management skills Exceptional communication skills Ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures Ability to deal with other internal departments.
Excellent customer service skills Team player Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
