Are you keen to work on a global brand in international markets?
As our Assistant Brand Manager, you'll be supporting the Brand Manager with developing and driving the execution of the Capricare and DGC brand plans.
A real team player who is capable of owning and leading projects, you will be part of a strategic team that is driven to deliver big growth plans for our brands.
You'll be directly responsible for label artwork implementation and digital marketing initiatives but will also be exposed to key brand management activities such as the development of brand strategies.
Execute brand plans with a particular focus on developing and executing label artworks, and digital strategies.
Support global brand management activities for our Capricare and DGC brands, including assisting with the development of brand strategies and the management of brand guidelines.
Work with external agencies to develop engaging content and collateral that resonates with consumers.
Identify and analyse competitor activity and market trends, drive insights, and search for opportunities for brand growth.
Understand consumer needs within the category and advocate for these within the business.
Work with international markets to support their marketing needs through identifying opportunities and delivering solutions.
About you: 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
Positive, proactive can-do attitude with a passion for brand management.
Creative, innovative, and results-oriented.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and copy-editing skills.
Comfortable working with diverse cultures and languages.
Familiarity with web and social analytics, with a desire to deepen your expertise in digital analysis.
Enthusiastic about learning, collaborating, and contributing to sales growth across various business units.
