About the Role   This role is responsible for managing and implementing Marketing plans and initiatives for Aramex New Zeeland. The role has a strong focus on marketing comms, campaigns, leveraging partnerships, and working to support our Regional Franchises (RFs) with local area marketing. End-to-end management of our RF conferences will also be a priority. You will play an important role in supporting the rollout of Oceania campaigns and new product launches and take the lead for all local and regional campaigns. Working with our agencies and other members of the Oceania Marketing team, you will be accountable for activating events and partnerships. The role has a strong focus on Comms, preparing and coordinating communication for our internal stakeholders, including the preparation of the Weekly Support Pack (WSP), and managing communication to our customers across various channels. Social Media community management will be a small, but important part of your daily responsibilities. You will work in collaboration with the AU/NZ Marketing team, and be provided with resources, direction, and support to be successful in your role. Key Areas of Responsibility and Critical Success Factors:   In line with the overarching Oceania Marketing plan, and the priorities of the business, contribute to the development of the Marketing plan in NZ: Be responsible for managing the successful rollout and implementation of all Marketing activities for Aramex New Zealand, working with key team members, agencies, and suppliers where appropriate. Regional Franchise Conference:  Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of 2 Regional Franchise Conferences per year. Local Area Marketing  – Implement and evaluate promotions and campaigns (e.g. digi, radio) for Regional Franchisees. Brand Champion  – Be the Aramex Brand Champion in NZ, working with the Operations team to promote and enforce brand standards across depot signage, van decals and uniforms: monitor and enforce Brand Guidelines as part of field visits. Monitoring  social media community management  daily – replying to customers via FB and Review Trackers, escalating cases where appropriate and identifying/reporting trends where required. Coordinate the Weekly Support Pack (WSP) to update employees and Regional Franchisees. Prepare network and Customer Comms updates, briefing to the copywriter where required. Person Specification:   Positive energy 'can-do' attitude; prepared to roll up sleeves and get the job done. Excellent personal presentation. Able to express ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly and clearly both verbally and written. Willingness and capability to set and achieve goals; grow and learn. Ability to develop strong professional relationships with Regional Franchisees and other stakeholders. Team player with a desire to support and collaborate with the team. The ability to work independently and as part of the larger Oceania marketing team and NZ FSO team. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and sometimes work under pressure to meet deadlines. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an exceptional attention to detail. An ability to produce written communication that is clear and concise and consistent with the Aramex brand 'tone of voice'. A passion for developing content and campaigns that connect with our target audience and deliver a demonstrable ROI. Competent in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Experience with Smartsheet desirable but not essential. A degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar qualification. At least 3 years' experience in a Marketing and/or Comms role.
