Assistant Branch Manager - Napier

The Role This is a busy role based within our Napier store that will see you responsible for achieving store sales targets, ensuring staff are fully trained and performing to their best within their roles and managing stock. As Health and Safety is a huge part of our business you must have a safety-first approach to work, making sure HSE policy and procedures are followed at all times, and your customer service skills will need to be second-to-none. You will need to be available to work on a Saturday or Sunday as well.
