This is an amazing opportunity to exercise your leadership skills assisting the Retail Business Manager in the daily operations of the store. This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gaining access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position; we would appreciate your flexibility across the time period.
In this leadership role you will be responsible for:
Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch
Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets
Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the team
Supporting the Business Manager to recruit and induct new staff members

Ideally, our successful applicant will bring proven team leadership/supervisory experience. You will also:
Come from a retail/customer service background
Genuinely thrive on developing and mentoring others
Have knowledge of retail/commercial operational processes
