Your Role As the Assistant Branch Manager in Invercargill, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the branch. Your duties will include: Leadership and participation in group meetings and activities Recruitment, onboarding, and training Performance management Customer relations and work order processing Debtor collection and work environment maintenance Estimates, insurance liaison, and financial goals What we are looking for Proven leadership experience within the vehicle repair or transportation industry.
