Assistant Bas Manager

Moore Markhams Auckland is an independently owned firm in the Moore Global chartered accountancy and business advisory network. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to provide prompt, personalised and outstanding service in one of our successful teams.
Moore Markhams is a team-oriented and energetic working environment, and we are seeking a focused Assistant Manager to work closely with the Partner and Manager, by building great client relationships, completing compliance requirements, reviewing sets of accounts and attending to our clients' business advisory services. We pride ourselves on our strong long-standing client base across various industries and entities.
The role: Completing financial statements and tax returns for a portfolio of clientsReviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by staffMeeting compliance requirements for clientsProviding a broad range of business advisory services including tax planning and structuring, management reporting, business valuations and due diligence, cash flow management, and budgetingAssisting the Partner and Manager with mentoring and training staffContributing to the firm culture and innovative developmentsAbout you: CA qualified with 3+ years' CA accounting experienceStrong relationship and leadership skillsA genuine interest in business and sound financial reporting skillsHighly organised and keen to be part of a great teamThe Incentives: Excellent training and career development opportunitiesSocial events and gatheringsFlexible working arrangementsLocationIf you are interested in this position, please apply by sending your resume and a covering letter.
