About the role:
We are looking for a mature & responsible Assistant Bar Manager to help us lead our team! The right candidate would be passionate about hospitality and all things food and wine, with a positive attitude and roster flexibility - working a range of shifts as per business needs. We are a busy hotel venue with conference, bar & restaurant - be ready for action!
Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager oversee and co-ordinate operational activities within the department
Help drive beverage sales and assist with cost controlling measures within the department
Monthly creation of specials and promotional activities to assist in driving sales
Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally
Assisting with running and development of a large team
We are also looking for a specific attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team
