The ideal candidate will have: exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive and fun attitude, the capability to create and drive sales targets and incentives, the ability to set organisational priorities by balancing financial and strategic goals, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of energy. As part of this role, you will be required to cross-train over to the Luge to provide backup leadership when needed. This cross-training will involve: gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Luge department's daily operations, the confidence to step into a leadership role within the Luge team, working closely with the Luge team to build relationships, and ensuring support across both departments.
