The ambassador should have an eye for detail, a passion for creating magnifique luxury experiences for our guests and developing a wonderful team.Based at Accor Regional Office with some days where you may be based at the hotel.Hours of work: 40 hours per weekJob DescriptionOur Ambassador will be:Process daily revenue files and balance flash reports, as from hotels – make necessary corrections and redistribute.Check daily the hotels AR, Guest Ledger and Advanced Payment balances and resolve any discrepancies.Send daily bank statements to hotels for AR posting.Update bank reconciliations for all hotels daily.Perform the quarterly rebate analysis for the hotels.Run Illion reports for hotels as required.Assist the FC's in adhoc requirements as requested.Assist with the Month End stats uploads.Assist with annual leave or temporary vacancy cover for accountant and assistant accountant roles.Any other reasonable request as required by the Financial Controller, General Manager or other Senior Management.To ensure accuracy of monthly transactions and journals.Accurate finance reporting.May need to work in the weekends dependent on business needs.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.Good teamworking skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team.Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.Self motivated and energetic.Good organisation and time management skills.Additional InformationLearn your Way - Access to Docebo so you can Earn while you Learn!Work Your Way - Flexibility to ensure a work life balance!Benefits Your Way - Incredible Accor Heartist Benefits - discounted Food & Beverage + Accommodation Worldwide.Complimentary Meals on shift physically at SAVH and SW.Accor's Parental Leave Scheme.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.
