About the Role
Reporting to the supportive Finance Manager, you will be dealing with high volumes and be processing 1,000 invoices monthly. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
End-to-end Accounts PayableExpense allocationsBank reconciliationsAssist with P&L reportingMaintain general ledger and reconciliation of balance sheet and manage journal entries and monthly accruals Manage the day-to-day processing of supplier invoicesSupport the Finance Manager with weekly cash flow reportingAssist with year-end reporting and the external audit processKey Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in accountingYou will have 3 years experience processing 800 monthly invoicesXero experience is a mustApprovalMax experience preferredA genuine interest in charitable and NFP organisations is desirableThis role is handled by Chancy Jamieson at Consult, please click the link below to apply as it helps us manage applications.
