About your new job:
Working within a high performing team your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist in the preparation of Monthly, Half Year and End of Financial reportsComplete monthly BAS / GST returnBank and General ledger reconciliations as well as intercompany accountsOversee Accounts Payable and assist when requiredMaintenance of the Fixed Asset RegisterMaintain master data on productsAssist in the preparation of the Annual Budgets and ForecastingAssist in end of year Audit processesComplete Ad hoc reporting and queries from the wider businessAbout YouTo be considered for this role you will ideally have the following:
Degree qualifications in AccountingHave completed or are currently undertaking your CPAPrior experience in accounting and a thorough understanding of Accounting principles - ideally within a manufacturing or distribution industryStrong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersHighly motivated and driven to grow your accounting experienceHigh attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate to advanced level ExcelWhat is in it for you- Convenient location – close to public transport
