Based in Grey Lynn, Auckland City Toyota is seeking an Assistant Accountant to manage daily administrative and accounting activities.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

Generating creditor and debtor accounts Handling accounts payable functions Preparing month-end accounts Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of commissions Performing floorplan reconciliations Supporting dealership staff with accounting and process queries Assisting in reconciling the general ledger Ensuring accurate data entry and document processing This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.

Requirements: Tertiary Qualification and/or previous experience working within a finance administrator or assistant accountant position Ideally CA qualified or studying towards it Genuine interest in the automotive industry Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous Self-motivated Sound like you?
