We are needing an Assets/Inventory Support to join our team in Lower Hutt! Red Wolf High Level Security is one of New Zealand's leading security providers. What you will do: Provide support to the management of asset databases, inventory activities, health, safety and wellbeing and quality systems for the business as a whole
How you will do it:  Support the Assets/Inventory/HSQ Manager in all activities associated with maintaining customer asset database systems
Support and carry out stock movement and inventory activities, including stocktaking in line with Johnson Controls standards, credit returns and warranty repair or replacement activities related to equipment
Support the Assets/Inventory/HSQ Manager as required in activities associated with the company's health & safety management system and wellbeing initiatives
Carry out a minimum of one (1) site safety inspection per month, and ensure all scheduled vehicle and plant safety checks and certifications are maintained
Support the Assets/Inventory/HSQ manager as required in handling general facilities for business premises including liaising with support service suppliers and contractors
Other Ad Hoc duties when required

What we look for: Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
Capable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
