'What will you do?As our Asset Strategy Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we manage our property portfolio to ensure it runs efficiently and sustainably throughout its lifecycle.
This Christchurch role reports to the General Manager - Asset Management and will work closely with teams across the business to develop strategies, manage risks, and make sure everything aligns with our long-term goals.You'll lead the way on creating important frameworks, like our Asset Management Policy and Strategic Asset Management Plan and use your expertise to build lifecycle models and financial forecasts.
On top of that, you'll transform how we manage asset data and put systems in place to reduce risks and keep things running smoothly.
