This role is crucial in identifying and addressing asset constraints, ensuring our network's safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Fleet Strategies: Manage and improve asset strategies, align goals with AMOs, develop maintenance plans, monitor asset conditions, and address systemic issues.
Constraint Identification & Risk-Based Interventions: Use risk-based planning to create indices for managing risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Operational Excellence: Set standards, work with contractors, and provide technical support to ensure compliance and reliability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support major projects and strategic decisions.
