The Asset Management Systems Lead will play a critical role in enhancing the Council's asset management capabilities through effective data management and analysis. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of asset-related data, which will support informed decision-making and strategic planning for the Selwyn District's infrastructure and services. Asset types include Open space, Facilities, 5 Water, and Transportation Assets.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy aligned with the Council's objectives.Oversee the collection, storage, maintenance and validation of asset data, ensuring high levels of data quality and consistency.Supervise and mentor a team of Asset Management Analysts.Drive continuous improvement in our asset management processes.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.About You:We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Asset Management Systems Lead.
