About the role:
The Lyttelton Port Company seeks an Asset Management and Performance Manager to join its Asset Management and Planning team. This role reports to the Head of Asset Management and Planning and plays a key part in shaping the company's asset management strategy.
This position will focus on developing and implementing strategies that prioritize availability, reliability, and continuous improvement while minimizing overall costs.
About you:
You should have a strong background in maintaining complex equipment and machinery with experience in delivering asset management outcomes. Your expertise will enable you to provide engineering-level guidance and peer review services to the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for 2 direct reports and display strong leadership skills. You must be agile and flexible, able to work in a rapidly changing industry.
Skills and experience:
Tertiary degree in Engineering or Asset Management is preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance planning with a reliability focus.
Strong analytical ability and financial acumen.
Familiarity with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems is essential.
