This involves the proactive management and delivery to the national portfolio of facilities including 15 prisons, 100 courts and 157 community correctional sites. This contract underpins the provision of availability of facilities to support core Government services.A bit about the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to manage and enhance our Asset Lifecycle Information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with a proven ability to review and maintain Asset Lifecycle Data accurately and efficiently.You should possess experience in supervising and guiding Asset Lifecycle Analysts and Maintenance Planners to drive continuous improvement. Your role will involve planning and executing Annual Lifecycle Assessments, conducting field audits, and generating initiatives to advance asset portfolio performance.Additionally, you will need to provide technical support, lead asset investigations, identify performance issues, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve asset management outcomes.
