In this role, you will provide technical support and oversee the successful delivery of various asset inspection works, such as Condition Assessment, RPAS/drone conductor assessment and other asset evaluations.From start to finish, you'll be involved in planning, supervising, organising and executing asset inspections to achieve success for our customers and Northpower. Reporting to the Asset Inspections Program Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in achieving top-notch results for both our customers and Northpower.Being the Asset Inspections Supervisor, you will also be responsible for:Planning work and resources thoroughly, considering risks, safety and environmental factorsDay to day leadership and development of asset inspection field staffEnsure training and competencies are metMonitoring data and deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and client satisfactionGetting out and doing the mahi too.
