All employees have access to EAP and Careerforce takes a considerate approach to offering professional supervision.Where will you be based?Careerforce operates Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington offices across Aotearoa and supports those in assessor roles to work from home when applicable. As such, some travel will be required, along with some overnight stays.What's Involved?Working with employees throughout NZ who are undertaking a Careerforce programme leading to the award of a New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) qualification.Primarily completing the assessing of submitted Business, Leadership & Management modules, and providing regular feedback and support to trainees to assist completion, primarily for the New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5) (Leadership and Management).Providing face-to-face coaching and development within workplaces as needed.Being part of a national and dedicated team of Staff Assessors (Leadership & Management).Supporting a portfolio nationally and within a region, therefore some travel may be required.Our ideal candidate is someone who:Shows knowledge and commitment to working with adult learners within a vocational setting.Has proven operational business management experience in an organisation with multiple layers.Demonstrates strong initiative with a proactive and upbeat approach, along with excellent communication skills.Can work with people and organisations with a variety of cultures and backgrounds, in a productive and solutions-focused manner.Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has experience working with CRM and LMS systems.You will also need to demonstrate the following:Have a relevant tertiary qualification in Leadership & Management or similar at or above Level 5.Hold NZ Unit Standard 4098 or 30421 for registration as a Careerforce Assessor or be prepared to gain it.Have a clean full New Zealand Driver Licence.If this sounds like you, then please get in touch!Enquiries can be directed to:Colleen Eason, Team Leader Staff Assessors (Leadership & Management)To obtain a Job Description, please visit our website:Please apply for this role via Seek, by submitting your CV and Cover Letter, telling us how your skills and experience match this role, and why you want to work with us at Careerforce.Applications close on Monday, 16 September 2024 at 5pm.
