We are building a new generation of homes for New Zealand and want to be the number one supplier of panelized homes designed specifically for manufacture.WHAT WE DOWe manufacture the walls and floors to go into residential homes to save time on site and create a safer and better-quality product. Our clients come to us for homes that can be built faster, more accurately and with less waste.THE JOBAs an Assembly Technician at Clever Core, you will be primarily based out at one of our sites, responsible for:Ensuring the safe execution of crane lifts and material placements through management and communication with the crane driver and all on site.Assembling products in line with the planned schedule, specific quality guidelines and company Health and Safety policy and procedures.Safely achieving the desired quality and quantity of the manufactured product across the assembly shift.Actively participating in continuous improvement activities across the site focused on Health and Safety and productivity improvement.Working as a team.Working safely at all times.Assisting in the manufacturing plant when required.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this position you will need:2-3 years' experience in Rigging and Slinging experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.Ability to achieve reporting deadlines.Proven flexibility.Physically active.Be able to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to deal positively with change.Willingness to learn and develop.You will also need to:Be eligible to work and live in New Zealand.Pass a Pre-Employment medical & Drug + Alcohol Test.Pass a Criminal Check.BENEFITSAlong with a competitive salary, you will get the opportunity to work with brand new state-of-the-art machinery and be a part of something new and exciting in the NZ building industry.
