Monitoring the laying, rolling, and finishing of asphalt, conducting site inspections and managing quality control processes. You will be working in an experienced and supportive team environment, you'll lead by example, promote safety, and ensure resources are managed effectively to minimise waste and maximise productivity.In addition to the above you will:Proven experience in asphalt operations and team supervision.Strong understanding of asphalt paving techniques, materials and equipment.Excellent organisational and communication skills.To be successful in this role, you will:Be proactive and results driven.Have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.We're looking for passionate people with a positive approach and a can-do attitude.
