Tracks, based in Whakatane, is looking for dedicated and hardworking Asphalt Labourer to join our growing team. If you have experience in asphalt work and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!

Position: Asphalt Labourer
Location: Whakatane, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and laying of asphalt for various construction projects.

Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in asphalt work.

Perform manual labour tasks such as raking, shovelling, and sweeping asphalt.

Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any issues.

Maintain a clean and organised worksite.

Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with safety regulations, company policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Assist in site hazard assessments and implement control measures as required.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in asphalt or construction labour preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as needed.

Strong understanding of safety practices in construction environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa/permit.
