DescriptionThe restaurant operates from Monday to Sunday 10am-10:30pm. As an important member of the team, this role is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen. It could lead to becoming a cook in the longer term.Selected candidates will work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and public holidays.Duties of the Role:
· assisting Cooks and Chefs by assembling and preparing ingredients
· preparing salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, fish and chips and other fast foods
· packing food and beverages in containers and on trays for serving
· cleaning kitchens and food preparation areas
· cleaning cooking and general utensils
· handling food deliveries
