We're on the hunt for an experienced Art Director ready for an exciting new challenge. This growing start-up agency is values-based, creating & launching brands and campaigns for clients who want to make a positive impact. You'll have a great design eye and come from a strong graphic design & creative agency background. You'll be passionate and skilled at delivering large-scale brand and integrated creative campaigns for its large cornerstone client across all media. This client is in the vocational higher education sector with colleges across New Zealand and Australia. Bring your visual powers and work with the Founder / Creative Director who brings the copywriting flair. Together you'll be working across this busy client creating innovative campaigns to drive acquisition and brand recognition. You'll need to be flexible and dynamic – designing creative and as the business grows, supervising other designers. Together you'll take concepts from ideation through to design with other design support as required.
Demand is expected to grow with this client and from others over the next three years, and more creative design support will follow. This person will manage the design staff and contractors in the Studio.
