As an Area Youth Manager, you will be provided with the opportunity to gain self-reward and develop both personally and professionally.About the role:Assist the District Youth Manager to meet the requirements of the Youth Business PlanSupport Divisions to develop and deliver high quality programmes in line with the national curriculum, ensuring the level of service delivered to youth and the community is consistent and of the highest qualityPromote the youth programme to increase youth and adult membershipSupport and manage Divisional recruitment through events and completion of recruitment processesProvide on-going support and mentoring to your DivisionsConduct audits and inspections to ensure divisions are operating within their guidelines and St John policyOrganise and actively participate in District/Regional youth events and activitiesQualificationsKo wai koe - About youSome key requirements:Prior experience in a leadership/management role developing othersA real team player with a keen interest in working with young peopleAn aptitude for working with a diverse demographic group e.g.
