Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the cleaning team. You will also work alongside your team providing cleaning services, covering for staff absences, manage staff rosters, ensure compliance with Health & Safety, responsibility to build and maintain client relationships, ensure sufficient stock of materials and equipment is maintained at all times, provide training and oversee the day-to-day quality of service.This is a 40-hour a week role, split between Admin and Cleaning with some evening work and travel across Whangarei required. Therefore, a full driver's license is a must. You will be provided with a company car for work use.About You:Experience in multi-site operations at Supervisory level within the Property Maintenance/Cleaning industry is preferred, however we are open to speaking with people from other service industries who bring relevant skills.It goes without saying that you will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.A strong focus is our clients – you will need to have demonstrated experience in fostering long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.The role also requires a results-driven approach and demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment.Full training and support will be provided, along with a company vehicle.This is a great opportunity so if this sounds like you, apply now!
