Edwards and Hardy is one of New Zealand's largest roofing companies. We have been the market leader in roof maintenance for over 60 years. Our complete knowledge, understanding, and expertise in our field has allowed our company to continually grow from strength to strength, year after year.
Our expansion has created another exciting opportunity for the right person looking for a career in sales with a market leader. The role is based at Edwards & Hardy Wellington Ltd. It involves servicing our existing customer base and creating new opportunities. A typical day will involve five hours of canvassing in the field talking to homeowners and providing tailored roof appraisals (from the ground), as well as three hours of following up with homeowners who were not home, and with existing customers. Full training will be provided, giving you the expertise to provide homeowners with tailored roof maintenance solutions.
We are looking for someone:
Comfortable with door knocking and cold calling. Fun, energetic and confident. With outstanding communication skills. Resilient and hard-working. Able to identify opportunities in the B2C market. Diligent in following up with customers. Competitive and has the motivation to excel and succeed. Previous sales experience is essential. Experience in B2C sales is an advantage.
