The role:
This company is seeking a proactive relationship partner in the Waikato area to drive performance and revenue growth. You'll play the part of a trusted business partner, working across third party partnerships helping with business performance - this role isn't about directly selling a product. You have the opportunity to drive key initiatives and be strategic.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive performance and revenue growth through proactive sales and account management strategies.
Cultivate exceptional customer relationships and facilitate collaboration.
Attract and retain quality business by establishing and maintaining positive relationships.

Utilise financial analysis skills to work with metrics and data effectively.

What you'll need:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship-focused roles.
Outstanding abilities in managing relationships with stakeholders.
Robust skills in sales and negotiation.
Proficiency in financial analysis and business acumen.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Coaching experience in driving commercial performance, preferably in franchising or B2B environments.
Familiarity with finance industry regulations and consumer lending legislation is a bonus.
Ideally experience within the lending, finance, banking, or automotive sectors.
