We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, and technically savvy person to develop and grow our business to the next level. Utilising your excellent B2B and B2C customer relationship building skills you will be responsible for maximising top line sales, growing our servicing dealer network and seeking out opportunities in new channels.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position will cover the Lower North Island region and requires regular overnight travel including to our office in Auckland throughout the year.
Responsibilities include: Actively seek opportunities and sales for Group brand products, Focus on additional growth opportunities for genuine spares and accessories through our Dealer distribution channel, Maintain a structured and productive call cycle to build strong business partnerships through both B2B and B2C relationships including Professional end-users. Prepare and present total sales solutions to dealers and professional end-users, as well as regular territory business reports and provide analysis at sales and business meetings. Drive growth in product range support with the servicing dealer network and professional end-users through consistent and effective training strategies. Optimise the impact of promotions in targeted product categories. Liaise with product and technical departments on a regular basis and participate in training to ensure knowledge proficiency across all product categories.  Achieve business growth in the commercial sectors utilising a centralised live database and commercial buying calendar. Actively pursue regular product demonstration opportunities to target professional end-user customer groups. Your attendance at trade shows & events as required. About You: We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with a proven track record who has the drive and ability to explode the territory! flexible and adaptive in nature, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude to problem solving. 
Ideally you will have previous experience in the outdoor power equipment industry and an ability to operate machinery, including enhanced digital technology solutions and diagnostics. You will have a strong desire to learn about new products and develop new skills and a knowledge of Robotic mowers would be advantageous. 
You have strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM and ability to adapt to learn company systems with an understanding of E-Commerce.
