Find out more at The Role The successful candidate will: Have a proven record of meeting sales quotas Enjoy collaboration and have a 'solution based' approach to sales Be a proven and well-prepared field salesperson who excels at building new and long-lasting key client relationships Like any true sales hunter, enjoy the thrill of the chase and are confident in working your way through any obstacles or gatekeepers Have the ability to assist in planning and implementation of new marketing/branding initiatives Work closely with the Food and Industrial Channel Manager to continuously identify areas and strategies for growth Be willing and able to travel throughout the designated territory Possess following Professional/Personal Attributes Strong customer focused orientation Proven field sales representative experience Advanced verbal and written communication skills Strongly developed interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise work for self Experience in working with clients Ability to problem solve and propose solutions Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills Lynn River has proven to be a superb place to work, with happy staff enjoying long tenures.
