This role will be responsible for the leadership and engagement of our customers with the focus on delivering the agreed level of execution against Brand, Pack, Price, Channel and Customer initiatives across Retail (Grocery), Traditional (Off Premise) and On Premise Liquor customers.You will deliver an efficient customer service solution to our customers that is focused on continually improving our execution in market and adding bottom line growth to your business.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable solutions in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organizationIdentify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, following up referrals / leads and keeping abreast of competitor's sales strategiesReport market and competitive activities to your manager with recommendations on actions and objectives to rectify situationsUndertake training to ensure that the necessary competencies and skills are acquired to carry out the full range of job functionsCoordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays including product tastingsAbout YouLooking for an individual that has the ability to work autonomously and sees a task through to completion.
