General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)We are dedicated to supporting Aotearoa's food and primary producers through evaluation, audit, inspection and certification services to local and international standards across a wide range of industries including food, dairy, horticulture and apiary. These services provide our customers with assurances which enable them to access their markets.As an Area Manager within our Auditing Services unit, you will provide strong leadership for our team of Auditors whilst leading the performance of specific programmes within the business. You will drive an engaged and high performing culture through support, training and development. You'll measure your team's performance and celebrate their success, ensuring our customers are at the centre of everything we do.You will be part of a supportive management team who are committed to achieving results. We offer a flexible work environment, ongoing development opportunities and access to several great employee benefits.Ideally based in Auckland or Christchurch, we may consider other locations for the right candidate.About you:With a relevant Tertiary qualification in Business and a minimum of two years management experience, you will have experience and ideally have some understanding of New Zealand's food, Organics or management systems industries. You will be commercially astute, with proven experience in people management and employee/customer relations. As a natural people leader, you will be driven, approachable and enjoy helping and developing others.With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you have a strong drive for results through providing exceptional service for our customers.
