Ideally, you'll be based around Whakatane, Edgecombe, or Te Puke.Our Central North Island team is exceptionally close, all 11 of us working side by side to deliver Pioneer's strategic plan for the region. Supported by the Regional Manager, you will establish, maintain, and grow close relationships with our merchant distribution partners, dairy farmers, growers, and rural contractors in the region, providing technical service and support alongside our Farm Systems and Agronomic Specialists.Core competencies required include:Understanding of dairy farm systemsComputer literacy and CRM management skillsExperience with in-field account managementStrong health and safety focusWillingness to work collaboratively with your colleagues and the wider industry.We are interested in speaking with people who are passionate about delivering excellent technical service and support to our customers.
