Due to the implementation of our Regional Succession Plan, we are now searching for an experienced and successful in-field Area Manager to join us. Ideally, you'll be based around Whakatane, Edgecombe, or Te Puke.
Our Central North Island team is exceptionally close, all 11 of us working side by side to deliver Pioneer's strategic plan for the region. Supported by the Regional Manager, you will establish, maintain, and grow close relationships with our merchant distribution partners, dairy farmers, growers, and rural contractors in the region, providing technical service and support alongside our Farm Systems and Agronomic Specialists.
Core competencies required include:
Understanding of dairy farm systems
Computer literacy and CRM management skills
Experience with in-field account management
Strong health and safety focus
Willingness to work collaboratively with your colleagues and the wider industry.
