This full-time, permanent position will provide you the opportunity to own the day-to-day operational management of multiple sites across Auckland. The salary range for this role is $80k to $100k Fixed Annual Remuneration.
The primary focus of this position is on driving operational excellence and improvement across multiple teams and/or sites, contributing to and implementing Sector strategy. Working with Site Managers to provide leadership and management support enabling the achievement of business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value. Ensuring that the Compass Group Quality and Safety Standards are met and continually improved upon, exceeding the expectations of customers and clients through effective employee training and development and attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
Being process-driven, it would be essential that you identify areas for improvement and work with our teams to implement strategies that will reflect the Compass Group vision of having great people, delivering great service, and achieving great results.
Our Ideal candidates will have: Qualifications: NZQF Diploma (Level 2) or at least 3 years of relevant hospitality experience in a multi-site environment. Experience in hospitality management within an Aged Care setting is highly advantageous.Client Relations: Develop strong rapport with clients and consumers to deliver outstanding service and become a trusted partner.Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental principles, with the ability to apply these effectively.Financial Management: Demonstrated advanced commercial acumen with the ability to manage the financial aspects of multiple sites.People Management: Proven skills in rostering staff, providing training, and hiring talent across a geographic spread.Enjoy competitive remuneration, annual performance bonus, company car, petrol card, mobile phone, laptop.

Predominantly Monday to Friday, some weekend work may be required to suit the needs of the business.
