Essential Qualifications and skills would be:
5 plus years' experience + drafting and design structureLBP registered or ability to achieve in short space of timeBring strong communication and confidence in dealing with clientsCapable of setting up systems from scratch which mould into existing internal systems.Confident to work in this space alone with the view to setting up a team in the futureStrong NZ construction industry experienceExcellent communication and leadership skills
NB: To be considered for this role you will require residency in place for NZ coupled with NZ codes and practice.
You will be well experienced some form of draughting software, and having gained your design LBP or close to will be a distinct advantage. Recent, extensive experience within the NZ construction scene will set you apart from the rest; likewise, being able to communicate with a range of people will be important.
