Role:
As an Architectural Technician, you will be immersed in documentation working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will focus on residential, multi-unit residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working both independently and alongside a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage documentation processes with precision and efficiency
Translate design concepts into precise technical documentation drawings
Work on standard details with speed and accuracy to meet project timelines
Qualifications and Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Architecture
Minimum 5+ years of architectural documentation experience – working in residential, commercial, and industrial architecture
Proficient in ArchiCAD
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
