Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture) Our client is an award winning, design led Architectural Practice based in the heart of Christchurch.
Specialising in high end residential, multi-unit residential, commercial developments.
They strive for architectural excellence for each and every project, placing their client and a collaborative approach at the helm of every design decision made.
They now seek to appoint an experienced highly motivated Architectural Technician to join their busy team.
Role: As an experienced Architectural Technician, you will be immersed in documentation, working in a fast-paced setting.
You will focus on multi unit residential developments, high-end residential and commercial projects.
Working relatively independently, from post-resource consent through Building Consent.
Key Responsibilities: Independently manage documentation processes with precision and efficiency Translate design concepts into precise technical documentation drawings Work on standard details with speed and accuracy to meet project timelines Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary qualification in Architecture Minimum 8+ years architectural documentation experience – ideally working on residential projects Highly proficient in ArchiCAD Excellent communication skill with the ability to work independently and as part of the wider team Join a collaborative team dedicated to architectural excellence.
